Treating The Source Of The Odor
We've had products to treat pet spots and eliminate their appearance. Odors, however, were attacked by treating the carpet fibers. But when the urine went deeper; into the carpet backing and even into the padding; the odors would return! But now we're able to treat BELOW the carpet fibers to truly treat the source of the odors ... all the way to the padding and even the subfloor!
Take a look at the graphic. When your pet has an accident and pees on the carpet, the urine seeps down through the carpet fibers to the padding; and sometimes to the subfloor below. We apply the newest pet urine treatment to the affected area and thoroughly soak it so it penetrates all the way down. Then, we use a sub-surface extraction tool that sucks the liquid up from the padding and the subfloor. If necessary, we'll then apply clean water to the area as well and then extract again. This DEEP cleaning process provides the absolute best treatment for pet urine spots. It's so thorough, if the odor returns, we'll come back and re-treat at NO COST to you!
